Maximum financial liability of FNS shall be limited to the amounts paid by any subscriber for the FNS services. All intellectual property rights in the FNS Service and Content are the property of FNS and any Third Party Providers and no rights are acquired through their use.
• None of the FNS Content may be copied or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of a duly authorized representative of FNS, and you may not copy or paste FNS Content into any other web sites. Links with Third Party web sites and internet resources are not endorsements or approval of their content. Use of The Site constitutes consent to FNS to monitor your use of The Site and FNS reserves the right to consent to a valid law enforcement request to review activity of all users of The Site and its network to obtain evidence of criminal activity. Suspension or use of the FNS Service or The Site by notice for any breach of the law, security of the site, intellectual property rights, or any of your obligations set forth in this agreement. Upon termination, your rights to access The Site terminate when the notice is sent.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

All credit card transactions and personal information are submitted to us through a secure socket layer (SSL) server and are processed through Thawte Information Processing. All credit card or check information will be kept confidential between FNS and the customer.
